sora 13274243a0 Bump vendored EvalScope and add K3-ready DPV4 configs. 
Keep K3 suite selection and report-schema scoring in bash, merge K3/vision dataset_args into dpv4 yamls, and pin EvalScope at 735d920ee911 with local patches.

ms-swift 集成

ms-swift框架的eval能力基于魔搭社区评测框架EvalScope构建，并进行了高级封装以支持各类模型的评测需求。目前我们支持了标准评测集的评测流程，以及用户自定义评测集的评测流程。
